By submitting your order you are acknowledging that you have verified each item for size, quantity, design, and color accuracy. Exchanges are only available for manufacturer defects.

Artistic Imprints is not liable for items incorrectly ordered and no refunds or exchanges will be taken for incorrectly ordered items.  Each item has a size chart to verify fit.  Size charts are available for each product.  If you have any questions about sizing, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.   

All items are made-to-order and items are not kept in stock.  Therefore, availability from our vendors may be inconsistent.  In the event that your item is unavailable or on back order, we will do our best to find a replacement size, color, or brand or offer a refund for that item.  Items back ordered for more than 30 days from our vendor will be issued a refund automatically if no replacement is available.
